2. No guarantee of funding or timing
Funding amounts, approvals, rates, terms, products, and timelines are never guaranteed. References to “up to $250,000,” “0% introductory APR,” or “within 90 days” describe possible opportunities for applicants who satisfy the applicable provider’s requirements. Results vary. Some applicants will qualify for less, different terms, or no funding.
3. Qualifications vary
There is no one-size-fits-all funding program. High-limit credit-based funding generally requires strong personal credit, responsible credit history, sufficient available credit, and other underwriting factors. Revenue-based, SBA, equipment, and commercial real-estate programs may require an established business, documented revenue, time in business, financial records, collateral, a personal guarantee, or other conditions. Each third-party provider applies its own rules.
4. Credit inquiries and authorization
Submitting the short form on this website does not itself authorize Funding IQ to obtain a consumer report and does not itself create a hard credit inquiry. A potential provider may require a soft or hard inquiry later. The type of inquiry and any required authorization should be disclosed before it occurs. If Funding IQ needs a consumer report for a separate service, it will request separate written authorization.
5. Third-party providers and trademarks
Bank, government-program, and platform names shown on this website are informational examples only. Their appearance does not mean they endorse, sponsor, administer, or have a direct partnership with Funding IQ. All names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Funding IQ is not responsible for a third party’s products, underwriting, decisions, websites, privacy practices, or performance.
6. Platform non-affiliation
This website and its offers are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, or any other advertising or social-media platform. Those platforms are not responsible for this website, its services, or any applicant’s results.
7. Accurate information and lawful use
You agree to provide complete, current, and truthful information and to use this website only for lawful business purposes. Do not submit false documents, misrepresent revenue, ownership, identity, intended use of funds, or any other material fact. Funding IQ may stop service or decline assistance when information appears inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or unlawful.

Website information is general educational and consulting information. It is not individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Consult your own licensed professional before making a material business or financial decision.
